Had the same problem,fixed it just right now with this :

Yup, this solution is working fine.

I checked which file was causing this problem, and it was "filelist.txt" file.
Much quicker solution to this problem (than downloading whole module again) is to go to "X:\Mount & Blade Warband\Modules\cRPG", delete "filelist.txt" file, and then in the launcher tick "repair" button. It will skip downloading unnecessarily files this way.

You can also just press the "Offline" Button and then play, worked too for me.
