As switch said: the vote didn't even pass . I would also like to add that  you should atleast wait out the 3 waves of the round before attacking the virgin. You can't just decide the vote is over when half of the team didn't even have the time to vote yet...

Best moment to poll is after everybody spawned and before the bots spawn, that way everybody is alive and not busy killing bots.
