Left 4 Dead 2, definetely! I played it for some months with 2-3 friends, was awesome!
Especially the hardcore mode is awesome with friends!!

Just started No More Room in Hell with Dado and another ex Bandit friend.

It's great if you like the challenge and a real survival experience and don't mind Source engine querks plus it's free to play on Steam, try it out.
