"No data available in table" when trying to transfer items?

Trying to transfer items from alts. Inventory shows up fine but when you click 'transfer' it just says "no data available in table".

Is the alt above level 15 and over 3 days old?

Is it a STF?

Only Loomed items can be transferred from a STF.

There is a little box on the left hand side of the transfer menu which lists the restrictions

Ignor the red box, I copied the img over from another thread where that was relevant
