It's been like this for a few days already, whenver I try to join Eu7. And it's not just me.

pls attempt to revive

EDIT:
Animations seem to be getting skipped or accelerated (?) on DTV servers. You often see them only when they're about to finish, and they proceed faster than usual, (dealing more damage in the effect, but I may be retarded). Not sure how's it looking on other servers
