NA3 is fine, I imagine EU3 is fine too.

Maybe you have a terrible computer or connection?  Have you thought that maybe it's on your end?

nah its not me :P small battles are fine but the first thing you hear when in ts for a big battle is TURN OFF WSE2 and DONT USE WSE2 it just doesnt connect to eu3 properly it can take 5-6 restarts of the game to get in and most of the time it just says awaiting verification or something. Im just wondering if its WSE2 or something else

One thing I am sure about is that WSE2 doesn't impair performance. It is usually the settings you prefer versus your systems capability to deal with the wonkiness of the game engine. If you haven't done it yet, I advise turning MSAA and V-sync off. Also try turning off particle effects. It might as well cause microstuttering on specific maps.

If you are referring to not being able to join and people telling you to turn of WSE 2, that is because there one day was a problem with joining with WSE 2 so people now think it is the omnipotent solution to such problem, as far as I know the current joining problem is completely unrelated to the previous ones and all you need to do is wait and try again later, this will work eventually regardless of which WSE you are running.

Also, WSE 2 improves my performances by a fuckton. Usually had everything on pretty low except textures and resolution to ensure smoothness regardless of the circumstances, now I have everything on highest unless it is annoying.
