Fire bomb doesn't work :(

I bought the 'FireBomb' from the shop but it doesn't work it just makes a small smoke cloud that lasts for about 3 seconds then nothing else happens. I tested it to see if it did any damage but it just made a smoke cloud and then nothing happened.

It should turn into a super expensive grenade that does a small amount of damage and stun.
