Also what happened before and after: The accused players came on NA3 and, instead of actually dueling people, decided to go off to a hill in the corner of the map and build a catapult. They proceeded to use this catapult to grief the other players in the game.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did: No clue. Maybe they thought it wouldn't matter if they used Americans as target practice (as opposed to other Europeans) because a ban on the NA servers doesn't actually affect them?

If you do find them guilty as charged, please give them a punishment that they actually feel. Banning them on NA when they hardly ever come to NA is hardly going to make them reconsider their actions.
