Proof he didn't just join and wanted to try the cool "new" ballista?
Also the guy next to him seems to do the exact same.

Not enough evidence to support a claim, that literally just shows someone standing next to a ballista, with armour & a weapon.

There are new things added and I honestly can't approve of removing someone who might genuinely wish to be checking them out.
