Are you interested in duel me?  Oh i saw you sayed few weeks ago,well things are changed now, i feel wm is much,much more important now then it was. Nordic champion sword with 111wpf with shield combined it is impossible to play,you will get spammed by every 2h.
I abandoned shielding,just playing in plate with military hammer now.

WM/wpf are the same as they've ever been (same as native). Unless you are playing on some beta test server. WM changes have been promised for years, but not yet delivered.

If you do not mind dying to 1-2 unblocked hits, I have a nice build for you. I would recommend to use light armor (leather etc.), an Elite Cav Shield or a Buckler, and a Blunt or Pierce weapon to make use of the high AGI this has:

So, you suddenly 'feel' WM is much more important now and thus conclude they finally made the change to wpf, which they announced to do over 1 year ago, without any patchnote or anyone else noticing it?
