Why can't i respec my STF char any more?

Ok, i don't know if this topic should be here (Sorry if it is)

But for some reason after respecing twice i can not seem to respec my STF any more (WHY?) I asked people and they say that i should be able to respec as much as i want.

You can only respec your strat hero stf once, make someone else your strat hero and in seven days you can respec him freely again.

Had the same porblem maybe 9 months ago. Yea, after 1 week you are able to respec again and if u make your main yohr strat heroe(smarter) then u can resoec your STF 10 times a day :)
