Used the ingame C menu to place my levelup - points dissapeared

I was at
13 Str,
13 Agi,
117 1 handed skill

I put a point in Agi and 1Hand.

When I left the server I no longer had the points I had put in, but my level remained increased.

my ingame shows me @ 26 while the website has me @25, about 150k behind. Retarded.

Oh, yeah. Randomly, after I repair my sword, I can't use it until I leave the server. I have plenty of money for the repairs even. Sigh.
