hi this is spook, i was wondering if u are allowed to refresh some1's heirlooms i heirloomed the bec but found out im not very good with back im better with the german poleaxe if u are able to refresh that would be very helpful to me and it wont happen again.

This is why you have to choose what you want to heirloom carefully. I suggest you just wait for the next patch (whenever it may be) as they usually reset the heirlooms so people can heirloom stuff that hasn't been nerfed

Don't go thinking that devs will do this all the time. It's the second time they did it and I hope the last. Unless they make sure the people heirlooming overpowered weapons won't get respecs on those items.
