Standards and banners

I'm not sure if this has been suggested but I think we should add heraldic lances and banner/standard type things. I have always dreamed of stabbing a man who wants to kill me through the eye with a lance which carries the banner of my clan or beat a man down with my clans banner on a pole or spear. I'm sure some of us want this experience also, so why not add these?

Pros: Enhanced teamwork: (probably). I know people can use the function to place a flag on there backs, but I rarely see it. Plus the whole "Don't let the flag touch the ground" may inspire people.

Visually appealing: Seeing the flag/banner of your clan impale a man from horseback is a sight I think we all want to see, but I may be speaking for myself.

Pride/patriotism for your clan: Protecting your standard and not letting it fall into enemy hands should motivate you enough to get that x5.

Cons: Everyone using it: The problem is with this is that a lot of people would use it. But to combat this you could easily lower the stats so it wouldn't be as good as s weapon of the same kind. For example: lowering damage, lowering speed or for a lance, it could be couch only. No damage reduction necessary, a lance to the face should be damaging enough.

I can't think of many more cons but I am slightly bias, please give anymore pros/coins below.

On the grand scale of Dwarven global threat assessment, Acre is currently ranked pretty low. Just slightly below Yoshis and factions that no longer exist.

Interesting idea. I definitely think more heraldic items would be better. Banners that cav could carry seems like it would look cool. +1!

I'd prefer it just be added to this mod. If I can't display my heraldry to everyone playing, what's the point?

Agreed I don't like having to install additional addons.

I agree, the main reason I have play games I is to look look cool in game, if people can't see my clans masculinity about to impale impale them, then what is the point? Besides I don't know how to install additional mods like heraldic items or loomed weapons to crpg, best I can do is the blood mod where I change one line of text.
