Permanent High Ping for EU 1,2 and 5

Until about a few weeks ago my ping was fine (around 50-70). However, when trying to play on EU 1,2 and 5 recently my ping is way up to 250ish.... like constantly, not spiking just as if the server migrated to Asia. My ping on EU 4, 6, 7 and HRE server are normal.

What gives?

It's the same problem http://forum.meleegaming.com/crpg-technical-problems/eu-ping-madness-and-general-lag/

After the last patch ping's go up for me and  large group of players

Ah ok thanks. Mine has only been in the past week or 2 though.
