My internet is shit and my ping usually jumps around from 30-120 ping. But sometimes it goes over 120+ and then for some reason it takes a toll on my fps. It lags and then my fps drops from 60 to 10-20.
It is frustrating because when i'm lagging I would love just o block until my ping gets back down but the low fps really makes it hassle to even see a swing!
