Unhiring Samarra castle's defenses

Alright, so once again, Fraichedan/Badplayer has used whatever glitch there is to unhire all of samarra castle's defenders right before the battle, effectively taking the castle with 500 naked troops. Is this okay with you, Devs? Is there any way to look through logs and find out what actually happened?

What I find neat is that he's done this at least twice before, with zero punishment, and nothing was done about the bug.

At this point, strategus is not worth any effort if you can lose entire fiefs to trolling.

anyways, it would be nice to get an official response as to whether this was indeed the abuse of a bug or just strategus treachery which as we all know is not against the rules.
