Adding clan tag and changing name problem to find character in game...

Hello,

I made a search in the forums but didn't find anything regarding this.

I have changed some old alts names by adding my clan tag and a number to them. Now when I enter the game I can only see the old character name and appearance in the character list. When I enter a server a new lvl1 character is available. At crpg.net I can see that the name change has been made and access the character normally.

How do I go about playing with the characters under their new names, ie. how do I make the characters appear in the character selection list in the game under their new names?

you just have to rename your old chars in the list to the name you changed it to
