Change Common Bans

Have bans that are administrated in Battle, Siege, Rageball, and DTV all form one ban pool. A ban made in one server transfers to all the others in the pool.

Then have a separate ban pool for the Strategus Battle server.

Bans from the separate pools do not affect each other.

I think this would be a good idea because Strategus is hard enough as it is. You have to spend hours of time recruiting members, getting tickets, getting gold, trading, buying/selling equipment, and strategizing. Let's say a small faction finally gets an army ready for battle after all these hours it takes to just be viable. Now, they have one leader that is confident, capable, and has a microphone to lead the battle. Let's say this leader gets banned the day before because he and his friend team killed each other in EU_1 or maybe they jokingly called each other my old friends, who cares, no harm to anyone either way. Stupid bans happen about things like this all the time.

Now this whole faction can be fucked and put under stress just because of the actions of an in-game admin being hyperactive thinking he's the savior of the server and the moral police. They've lost their leader for the battle.

That's not really fair to the faction of the person banned, and the person himself.

Are you speaking from experience, Daruvian?

Surprisingly not. I did get banned today for calling Shadowren a my old friend in I chat, though. I've got no battles to lead tonight. I merely thought to myself "boy, this would really fucking suck if one of these battles tonight was for Frisia", which it very well could be considering that we're at war with the biggest NA faction.

No. I'd even say, make it a global ban all the time instead of just banning for EU or NA only.

Just don't fuck up. It's easy to not get banned. :P

I understand the point that you are making.  Although, if they did something like this is would just take away a big motivator to not break the rules in a normal game.  People will behave more if they realize a lot of EXP is on the line.

I will admit that calling someone a my old friend is a bit excessive for a ban, but oh well.  Not my call to make.

you say that but i've only been banned once and it was because people griefed me into it. There are those cases aswell, so i can kinda understand daruvians post :/

(A guy was "broruling" infront of me with his fists up so i couldn't hit the enemy, it gets screenshotted by the bundle of sticks with his fists up and biased adminfriend decides to ban for 24h)

There's a very good way to avoid this issue entirely:

Can't do the time? Don't do the crime.
