Ban John_I

Soooo there is a guy John_I who:
-Makes random ban poll and then leaves the game
-Run near other players, behind their back to get teamhit, then he reports.
It's very frustrating becouse when you fight big group of enemies he runs behind you, then is hit by you back swing and he reports.
