Thought this was quite interesting. Was wondering how long it would be before someone attempted to come up with something like this for a general market.

exactly what I want to use with occoulust rift in future, cant wait to get fit from playing computer games.

not sure if id invest in that tho, can't tell how well it works just from a video. idea of wearing shoes and running in a dip might be kind of wierd and awkward.

I am well aware that this thing is only a prototype, but I could only think "how would one jump, crouch, go prone in that thing?"

In the trailer he actually crouches and jumps. Jumping by jumping and crouching by lowering your upper body forward

There's a couple of these types of gaming products on Kickstarter (and more coming up after August), some more interesting than others.
The Omni is kinda cool though, it is sort of the "Home VR"-apparatus.
