I've had this for some time

visitors can't see pics , please register or login

I can't access the marketplace or my inventory for example, things seem to overlap.

Every other website works normal.

If I need to install WSE give me the link because I can't find it.

You need at least IE 9.

You need at least version 9, 10 is fine too. It works for me using IE 10, the problem is probably on your side. You can try the usual stuff like disabling all plugins, etc.

What you need is something that is not IE.
