Nah, that is me hardly getting time to handle all the other stuff and not really being sure on how this went down.
Usually those people get a 2 week strat ban as far as I know but I sure won't hand that out without talking to all parties involved and I can't tell for sure when I'll get time for that.
Then again if there are neutral admins which were not on any side of the situation it would probably be much easier to get this settled.

You can likely talk to Canary or Tydeus or many other NA admins. The feedback they provided in the thread indicated that they agreed that it was a problem but felt it required a dev to handle but apparently they were unable to ever get a dev to then look at it. So, you could poke through the long thread and try to ignore the troll posts and focus on the more relevant posts, or you could talk to NA admins and they could likely fill you in.
