can someone explain strategus to me? because i get the idea but are the strategus battles in crpg servers or in some kind of browser site? i don't get it. and how can i join stategus? stuff like that.

Well, back when Strategus was working...

You had to sign up for battles on the character page.

After that the battles took place on the EU3 server.
See the Strategus-Duel tag of the servers? Those switched game modes for the duration of a Battle.

You can't join it right now, because it's down, but rumors tell it'll be back soon.
