Short bow + arrows ? lol , i have already saw it
For a balance, they should remove kiting by put a little time after a shot ( 1 sec before a possibility to pick up an arrow) , and archers should can have their bow drawn more than 0,5 sec before the crosshair become huge ... That's a pain and such irrealistic
