Hello there admins and whoever else reads this section of the forums.
Yesterday about noon i was 'playing' siege after having just retired, and alas, i have to admit i spent some of my time afk because i simply hate playing as a peasant and i felt like i would not be a big benefit to my team. Now, i know that this is wrong, that i shouldn't be doing that and that i should be punished for it. So one of our beloved admins (i don't know who) and banned me for leeching i suppose. Now, i see the point in that and i think that admin did his job - but now i have been banned for close to 24 hours for being afk on a siege server as a peasant. This is in my opinion not in any way a major offense, people do it all the time every day and it does not hurt our fellow players other than decreasing their chance of winning by a tiny bit - and therefore i personally think a warning/kick/1 hour ban would have been sufficient; i do not my any means think it is fair to ban a player for 20+ hours for a minor offense like that.
I hope a kindhearted admin will read this and agree with me soon since i only have time to play this beloved game in the weekends and would love to play a bit on the EU servers with my clan today.

okay, thank you very much - then there was really no reason to post in here, but i honestly had no idea for how long i was banned
I think it would be nice with a feature on the website or a message when you join a server that'd tell you for long you are banned.

If possible, then someone please close this thread.

i read that as 07.04.2013, i think 48 hours is terribly long for such a minor offense

I watched you for several rounds, you were constantly hiding in bushes and other nooks and crannies on the map, spending nearly entire rounds afk. You knew what you were doing was against the rules and being a peasant is not an excuse for leeching, you've been playing long enough to know that. I also did warn you in fact, but you were probably afk at the time.

Unbanned, don't do it again.
