Basically, you are supposed to treat these warnings as what their name indicates: take them as a warning.
When you're warned, your "warning level" will increase. It if gets above 50, you will be unable to post on the forums until it goes back down (it decreases by a couple points per day). So, when you get warned, you are supposed to understand that if you continue to post in the same manner you are liable to be muted.
The first warning you got was because of where you made your post, not because of its content. The admin feedback section is for feedback specific to a particular admin, and your thread was more akin to "investigative journalism" than it was to a performance review.
