His attack might have been accidental aswell. And I see that you killed another player just before attacking him.

Sorry, but one hit doesn't prove much that it was intentional, and he killed enemies before and after he teamkilled you. He has previous ban for teamkilling tho. I won't give a ban for this case, but if I see him doing it again, I'll give him a bit longer ban.
