Cant buy on market place! strat map not showing places nor people?

I am not able to buy anything on the marketplace because my captcha is not showing up. How can i fix this? Also my strat map is only showing the terrain none of the places or people. Please someone help me.

for the strat map this might help:
in the right upper corner there are 4 boxes you can tick. makes sure they are all ticked.

I have tried firefox and chrome.

I don't know then, sounds like a javascript problem. You can try the usual stuff: updating to latest version, disabling all plugins, maybe a browser reinstall.

It still isnt working. i cleared my cache and cookies.
