you don't need to grind ;D you can do well on siege at lvl 20 with no looms and there is always Skip the fun. There is Loom grind or high lvl grind if you want it or you can just hit lvl 30 and just play

Same, and when I play strat with a +3 long spear and +3 heavy armor and gloves I quickly realize that fact. Would definitely go heavier armor and better weapons if I wanted to be as effective as possible.
