It calms you down as far as I heard.Also after continuous use the risk of getting mouth or throat coancer is high(Thats some nasty cancer, too) so I would not reccomend.

Haha you can get some kicks from it when you use it first time (nicotine high). Oden's Extreme is the only snus that has given me that nicotine rush after that. On the other hand it has insane nicotine levels per gram... Not probably too healthy.

Snus has more nicotine per portion, but not as much goes to your system I guess. It doesn't all come out in a short period of time like when you smoke...
