As explained in the
announcement section of the forums, if you can't log into your character you have to clear your cookies. As for you unable to spawn with equipment, this latest hotfix is bugged in that you can only start with equipment you already set as your starting equipment on your inventory page. Once you fix your log in problem, you should be good to go.
