[Eu4] Pings....and more....

Hello guys....

Sometimes when I play on Eu_cRPG_4 all pings are rasing and the server goes down...
Can some say me what it is ?
                                               - Bad hosting ?
                                               - Someone didn't pay the server ?
                                               - Server is bugged ?
An other problem...
- I'm playing with an alt/stf- char as shielder.
- Then an xbower come near me with scoping on me > He runs left , shots, I give him a kick > He falls back and can shot again!
 And I'm wondering what the fuck it is ?!

@ xbow 2 shot system: Did he actually shoot 2 bolts? Did the first one hit you? If not it's an usual appereance, just like in melee. When you feint and release a strike and block slightly after releasing it you can hear the sound of your char slashing but no animation or damage is calculated. This also sometimes occurs when you want to shoot your xbow. Luckily you can't feint shooting your bolt as in melee but with getting kicked or wounded right when pulling the trigger this "sound but no effect"-effect could take place. So the xbower doesn't release the bolt with the first shot sound but with the second one.

As a sidenote: I sometimes had the situation (with my xbow char) that the xbow was some kind of broken after this "sound but no effect" shot. The bolt was gone but I couldn't reload. So it's not 100% safe for an xbower to keep your bolt as long as possible.

I don't actually think the devs have complete access to the server hosting EU_4; otherwise they would have fixed all the incompalities with the official servers. (or they are just lazy as always )

I haven't experience any ping difference. It seems to be the same ping as EU_1,2, 3 and so on.

EU4> 95-105 Ping
