Hey.
I still do not understand if the iron flesh is just 2 small health point or it has also another bonus with armor. So what's the mechanics with this skill please ?(Because i've noticed a big difference btw 18str 6if and 24str 8if)

it is two more hp points per ironflesh point. This might not seem much, but if you dont use light armor, this helps alot. i can feel the difference between 0 and 5 ironflesh and i use medium-heavy armor.

if you use heavy armor, every hp point is worth more (because the enemy does less dmg, so they take less hp points per attack). so basically, when you have soome ironflesh and heavy armor, you become a tank. dont use it with light armor though.

i always put ironflesh as last

Like stated above, 1 point if iron flesh alone might not have much of a difference, but 5 points of IF = 10 hp. With decent armor that means 1 more hit to kill you.

Still, if a 2hander takes off 1 point of IF, and puts into shield skill so he may carry a low tier shield. And with that shield he blocks an average of 1 arrow per round, he probably saved more health by blocking arrows than tanking them with 2 extra hit points. It's all a trade off. But stacking Iron Flesh still makes a huge difference on battle.

Ironflesh is ALWAYS usefull, because when someone hit you it might be the difference between you going to 0 hp and 1 hp.

It just get better with heavy armor or more of it.  8-)
A lot of people in the NA community know that Dach rages and in the process of his uncontrollable rage, he tends to kick people.

You've been warned!

Don't forget that strength increases your HP by 1 per point too. So 18 -> 24 strength gives you 6 HP more and 6 -> 8 iron flesh gives you 6 HP as well. 12 hit points can mean an extra 1-2 hits before you die if you are wearing 50+ armor.

irl something shorted on the shuttle and laika overheated and died within a few hours of liftoff and for a brief while one could look up to the stars and see a light shooting across the sky that was actually a warm dog corpse slingshoting about the earth at thousands of miles per hour which was arguably humanity's greatest achievement so far

I m not sure that your calculation was good

6 if > 8 if if if give 2 points so we do a single unknow equation where the HP Life win is X so

X = [If(2*1) x Number of IF (beetween 6 and 8 so 8-6)] + [difference of Strengh (24 - 18)]

By the way , I think that have 1 or 2 if is useless and you could go IF with full or at least five point to see a huge different. In other case i prefer invest If points in skill conversion . That s my opinion about that ;-D

Sir, what's the problem? Why not count that in your head?

If I recall correctly, basic HP of each character at level 1 is 30hp or 33hp, not sure.

Basically:

30hp+(6if x 2hp)+(18str x 1hp)=60hp

versus

30hp+(8if x 2hp)+(24str x 1hp)=70hp

It's 35

Basically:

35hp+(6if x 2hp)+(18str x 1hp)=65hp

versus

35hp+(8if x 2hp)+(24str x 1hp)=75hp

Thanks for the correction, I forgot the exact value. Close enough. :D

That's what a break from cRPG does to my brains. :/
