I've been wondering is it possible to loom a +1 or 2 you buy from the market place? I have been getting yes and no's but I believe you can. Just need a final answer.

Yes.
There's no difference between looms you created yourself or bought.

i suggest keeping your looms untill you have 2 and some gold (100-200k). with this you can buy a +3 item. way better than buying a +1 from the marketplace and looming it.
