Two separate threads for two separate people. I fail to see the fog in the video (from my understanding it is the same for every player on the server, if it's clear for one, it's clear for all) secondly you'd notice the "you have been reported for teamwounding" messages that pop up in bright red. I'm sure of that.

I have noticed that the video has been removed which isn't helpful but the ban request was made on account of the video.

 I play on your servers since 2 years and only because i did one teamkill cause i couldn't see your banner you get me banned with your replay for a charge of 5 days ? This makes no sense everyone already did a tk it just happens in this game, I think its ridiculous that i get banned for this because I even apologized and said i didn't see your banenr but of course you didnt show the text on your video. Congraz annoying people your the one who should get banned for taking videos without me accepting beeing on the video and doing one teamkill that isn't really harmfull is it ? think about it...

Two threads by two people as I said originally.
I've been playing this for nearly three years, that makes bugger all difference. I would go harder on a player who has been here longer because they should know the rules.
Regardless, videos make for better evidence as it gives the whole picture not just part of it. (Also, I didn't take the video and it is not against any rules to use one as evidence.)
If you have problem with a virtual representation of yourself being hosted on the internet then take it up with youtube, that's not my concern.

I know it used to be like that, depending on when you jumped into the server, however I believe that it was changed so that it will not update half way through a map, only on a new one so that everyone is on a level playing field. However, I need to confirm that.

Fog depends on the graphic settings you use.  Particle effects is a big one.  Turn it off. And graphics down and fog and even rain goes away forever.
