this guy hit me in the round for no reason. it isn't the first time. so i want to permaban him.

That player has been banned quite often for the same thing over and over again, yes.

Snow_The_Mad_Wolf banned for seven (7) days for intentional teamwounding, learn your lesson this time otherwise the punishment will be much more severe.
