Trying to transfer troops. Agreed time for someone to enable transfer but when I try I get a message saying one or more participants have not enabled transfer.
After the time period get a message all transactions finished.
Am I missing a tickbox or something or is it the receiver who is not accepting/setting troop limit high enough?

Worked it out - cannot go below 100 troops myself by transferring ie can only transfer troops over 100.
