Realy 1 tk and 2 day ban? Saturday and Sunday? I don't understand. Okey I did tk. and he did(luky_luke)...   Am I the only culprit?

According to the screenshots, it was teamwounding, not killing but it was clearly intentional.
You were banned (exactly a month ago today) for teamwounding as well, which suggests that you didn't learn your lesson.

Despite it being a courtesy to apologise to someone that you accidentally wounded/killed it is not a necessity and therefore you do not get a free pass to teamwound back. You broke the rules and suffer the the consequences.
