you also noticed that females have male voices for most of voice commands ? and that (with only one exception : qqv) all commands are either male or female but never there for both genders ? which leads me to the result that the voice order program would need a complete overhaul and in addition a complete set of samples  for all voice orders for both genders ...
i guess you could ask cmp for unlocking female voice "hello" or "Silence" on male chars , that would be hillarious too ;D

I might be remembering wrong, but I swear at some point female characters would be silent on all the male voice commands. Then it got reverted, because alerting your team is more important than not sounding like a transvestite.
