Character missing and STF 7 days???

I was playing and went to respec my character and it deleted it with near 60k and some items on that character.  The characters name is EL_TIGRE_CHINO_BMC and I didn't know the skip the fun was gone???  If someone could please help me I would greatly appreciate it!  Thanks!

 STF is not gone actually i dont know why that happenet just to you
