hierloom my 10 head armour or 35 leg armour?

my understanding of armour is that the reduction is exponential so low armour doesn't make nearly as much difference as high armour. this coupled with the fact that you take more damage to the head makes me wonder if hierlooming 10 head armour would ever actually save me me from death, even through generally speaking head armour is more important than leg. in this scenario im not sure which I would be better off heirlooming.

any opinions advice are welcome especially if they come with any number crunching!

If you are infantry you notice a difference with high armor for head. Having low or none is pretty much useless. If you are infantry do helmet, but if on a horse do legs.

indeed but would I notice the difference between like 10 and 14 head armour?

i do use the desert turban sometimes, and I dont think i ever survive a blow to the head. whereas i do survive arrows and blows to the legs so I guess I already knew the answer to this, didnt need this thread ;O

nope.  ive only noticed a difference with medium-heavy armored helmets... i would probably think of the economic side and loom what is worth more on the marketplace,  as both of your options arent THAT relevant

Just wear a better helmet until they get too expensive or heavy (in the 50+ range I would say). Bit of a waste of 1+ mil golds, I'd just get more weapons or shields personally
