You'll need some evidence such as screenshots. As much as this idiotic behaviour shouldn't be allowed, there is nothing we can do without them!

If they do it again, jump onto IRC and grab an admin, I'm usually around, I'd love to get my hands on people who think they have a right to enforce personal rules on a public server.
