Clan Banner Pack issues

Ok so I installed the Clan Banner pack, and for some reason games on the server list now show up as Empty ### game types.  On top of this I am not able to join any games, instead the client goes into a hard freeze and i have to end process.  Backed up to standard banner pack and game works fine now.  Any fixes for this ?

You don't have to install the clan banner packs. They're already included in the game.

but indeed, as said, there is not such thing as a clan banner pack. the banners you see are our real banners (if you are member of a clan, you can select 'choose clans bannner' when you edit your characters. this gives us the clan specific banner (as said, only works if you are in the ladder of a clan)
