Honestly all this doesn't even make sense to me even though I'm russian. Knowing bad behaviour of Alpheus I don't think this is a whole story, especially considering the fact that ban poll in the end of second screenshot reached 53% of positive votes (which isn't likely to happen "without reason" as stated in OP).
