Kratos' Training League

Hello, i decided to organize a dueling league but only with practising equipment!And my think of rules are ;

- I will announce fighters to duel every 3 days.They will have to contact their opponent, and finish the rounds within 3 days.
- They have to find a random referee(or i will put some on duty), who is gonna take screenshots of every round.
- Wins are 3 points, loses are 1 points,disqualifitions are 0 points. ( no draws)
- Everyone can duel only 1 time in 3 days.
- League will last for a month.
- Fighters will pay a small entry fee for the prize, just like Tueten's Tourney.
- Armor weight will be max 2.
- STF allowed.
- Crossbows are not allowed, because they 'd be so much op.
- Points will be updated every 3 day.

Duel rules;

- Every duel will be 5 rounds.
- Before round start, referee will put a distance between you and your opponent. To be fair for the ranged.
- Every fighting style is allowed. You can even turn around and run away!(Will put a countdown for it)
- I think duels will be on EU_3.
- If the duel gets interrupted, and referee agrees that,that round have to be refought.

Equipment;

Just discuss about rules for now. Here is a league example in my mind;

Player           Points      Average(Won rounds-Lost rounds)
Chase            12              +15
Prpavi             9                +6
Kulin               6                +2

Rogue             5                 +0
DiagonaL        5                 +0
Alexjei             4                 +0
Rixx                 3                 -1
Blackbow         2                -4

Cav vs horse archer is possible. It just takes a long time, but definitely possible. It completely becomes a mind-game and is helluva fun. Besides, short bow's damage shouldn't be much really especially on horseback. I'd just limit the archers to one quiver of arrows though.

Kratos, are stones enough for the throwers by the way? Maybe throwing knives might be good too, but not sure. Just a thought.

If you got enough PT, stones are so deadly.Why there are no blunt arrows :( Then we could use that ones :D . Short bow will be so deadly too, because of low armors, however every class player can use practice shields, so that restricts archers. Come on, i need more ideas!

The only class which has no items is crossbowers at the moment. Which would be too strong. But not sure of that either. I think you have to test those equipment with someone else to keep the items balanced. Can a rouncey take enough arrows? Are shields useful enough? etc.

By the way, I don't take a short bow would be doing that much damage. As it's difficulty is only 1, it will act as if shot with a stat value of power draw 4 at maximum. So the balance is good.

no cavs, no ranged ^^

so how to sign in?

also about rules:
-let players play without referee
-round system should be removed. reworked. i.e. I can play 1-2 hours weekly. better make weakly deadline (sundays) with 2-3 duels for everyone. +add a rule for those who didn't duel during the week: 18-20 GMT sunday is time, when they should duel, if they didn't both got -3points, or the one who didn't show up

The only way I see it - separate leagues for melee, ranged and cav. And maybe fourth league for horse archers :)
Considering that alts are allowed - it shouldn't be problem, one player can participate in all leagues with different characters.
Also, before starting you should test it with several guys - if different items are balanced and if it's fun at all.
Maybe you should also expand to peasant league with max armour weight - 4 and max weapon cost - 2k(for example).
I'm just afraid that even though "training league" can be quite fun at the beginning, most players will get bored very soon because of fights with the same gear all the time.
