What are the things that going to be added with the new patch ? (Items/features)
When will it release ?

Nothing confirmed yet. Dev's aren't sure final changes, so that is why.

Don't bother. I have yet to see patch notes when something is changed. Its up to the players to guess, which I think is very professional and awesome.
