Change banner system to monthly rent/upkeep

Current system is cumbersome, annoying, time consuming and serves little purpose.  To my knowledge you could expand number of banner slots by just making more banner files.
The window for renewal is too short.

I motion that we change banner system so that any active clan with 5 members may apply for a slot.
Banner rental fees could be set to are X gold a month multiplied by number of members you have + 10-25k to prevent individual players from using banners.

its not about being outbid, its the hassle of bidding on slots, especially when there are already more slots than clans...and no foreable limit on how many slots you COULD have. Why bother us with renewing slots?

If someone wants to spend the money for its own banner, let him. But the current system auction is annoying.
