Nice idea, but there are far to many ways people could abuse it to get the balance system to work for their side and have a permanent x5.

A good idea, but it shouldn't replace anything. It would just be a nice indicator of someone's perceived skill, not an item of balance.

This mostly, trolls would rate great players with 1 and leechers with 10, if someone teamhits you you would probably insta give that person a 1, etc. Nice concept, but not with this community

All of the people voting everyone on their team as 1 so that they get more people from the other side and becomes unbalanced.

It's a very great concept, but one that could not be executed, I think. Many folks would get too much of a kick out of voting someone a 1 because "lol ur a baddie gf nerd"

It just adds fustration and anger,it doesn't change anything it just piss me off.

Balance by individual win/loss ratio and banner win/loss ratio, there were stats about those things so they are being tracked somewhere.
