Hi guys
Just reached level 31 again so want to retire however when I type my name and password to confirm the retirement it comes up with the red box next to the player name saying:
"Enter the name of the character to make sure you are retiring the correct one"
I have checked over the name for any spelling errors and caps, checked password to make sure that is right but it keeps coming up with this box and will not retire my character (Guard_Jimjam)
Any reason why its doing this?
